III-R:- If any of your family has not received any ration card, then you have to fill the form III-R.
Necessary documents:- i) Two copies fill up form. ii)old ration card(Xerox). iii)kids birth certificate (Xerox). iv)
If there is no old ration card,then Xerox on the Aadhaar card/Voter card.
IV-R:- If you are getting some digital ration cards in your family, And there are some digital ration cards left to get, then you have to fill the form IV-R.

VI-R-(Part-II):- Do you Want to change a person's address?then you have to fill the form VI-R-(Part-II).
Necessary documents:- i) Three copies fill up form. ii)old ration card (Original+Xerox). iii) Xerox copy of digital ration card for all of the new family. IV)The husband's name was added to the married woman's Aadhar card. Submit such credentials. v)Aadhar/voter card (Xerox).

VI-R-(Part-III):-If your whole family changed the address' then you have to fill the form VI-R-(Part-III).

VII-R:-Cancel the digital ration card due to self or death.

VIII-R:-Ration card class change(RKSY-II to RKSY-I).

IX-R:- If a family's ration card is lost or destroyed,then you have to fill the form IX-R.
